Customized the linting display in Atom so that errors and warnings would be much more obvious while developing:

• Gutter “dots” changed to “ERR” and “WARN”, with larger gutter size
• Red border added above and below the lint info panel
• Header and rows styled for the lint report

NOTE: When there are no lint errors, the lint panel does not appear, and the gutter is black
